Grille Guard Installation

 
Step 1) Remove plastic cover, and remove bolts that hold the frame support using 17 mm and 14 mm sockets. Driver side shown.

Step 2) Install bracket between the frame and the frame support using the existing factory bolts. Leave them loose. Driver side shown.

Step 3) Install the lower support bracket to the existing factory bolt as shown.

Step 4) Cut off two hole on the plastic cover, than install it back to the vehicle.

Step5) Mount the grille guard assembly to the outside of the main brackets. If the the grille guard assembly is not wide enough, use a wrench to push the main bracket toward the inside (make sure the bolts are loose), and pull the grille guard toward the outside in order to fit.

Step 6) Locate the bolts for the upper bracket and loose them using a 12mm wrench through the center opening of the bumper.
